It's always so much fun when my family gets together. And as usual the food was fantastic. For those of you who have never brined a turkey make sure you try it next year, it was the best turkey to date! The fact that it was done 2 hours too soon didn't affect the taste at all, in fact chef Craig says that's one of the reasons it was so tender and yummy. As the turkey cools it sucks all the juices back in. Whatever the reason it sure was good! Here are some of my favorite picts.

Camryn fell asleep just as we were about to sit down and eat. She slept right through the meal. It was perfect timing!
